speeter is a commercial real estate developer out of germany. They not only recently adjusted their service portfolio but also the next generation became part of the company. A repositioning and rebranding was needed that reflects that.
Challenge
After 50 years in the business the new generation became part of the c-level. Furthermore they changed their service and wanted to focus on their full service approach. Neither their branding, nor their touchpoints reflected the new direction.
The solution
We started with a brand strategy workshop, defined their services, the target audience and the base of the new identity. After that we designed the brand identity, a custom wordmark and different touchpoints like high quality print stationary, billboards and a new website that helps them attract new business. An extensive brand manual and image guidelines help them showcase their projects in the best possible way

Brand Strategy In the brand strategy meeting we defined the goals, the vision of the company and it’s audience. It was clear that we needed a more modern identity that expresses their service portfolio and approach.
Brand Design The design is reduced and clean with their projects in the foreground. A custom wordmark and flexible logomark acts as the base for the new identity.
